O'Brien Bendigo recently assisted us with an insurance claim, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. Chris and Dan came out promptly for a make-safe, and their professionalism was outstanding.
Chris, in particular, was incredibly knowledgeable and respectful, both of our home and of me. He took the time to explain his findings, show me photos, and address the issue by removing wet insulation and fixing the leak. Dan also did a great job removing a damaged downlight caused by the leak.
Chris is an absolute credit to the business, and thanks to his excellent service, we’ll definitely call O'Brien again in the future. Knowing we’re in such capable hands is a huge relief. Highly recommend!
