About Us

The business was established in 2011 by founders David and Felicity Williams with the goal of becoming the premium service provider for Plumbing, Drainage and Gas in the greater Brisbane region. In our first iteration, we traded as Williams Plumbing Services, and from commencement quickly grew a large base of regular and repeat customers.

The business received an invitation to join the renowned Laser Group in 2017 and successfully rebranded to Laser Plumbing Coorparoo. After the Laser Group was acquired by the household name of O’Brien, the business rebranded (yes again!) to O’Brien Plumbing East Brisbane in 2020. Joining the Laser and now O’Brien Groups along with being members for MPAQ has allowed us to access to unrivalled technology and systems that are being constantly developed and upgraded to improve service levels to our customers.

Managing Director David Williams has over 20 years experience and expertise in the industry, allowing him to lead O’Brien Plumbing East Brisbane to being one of Brisbane most reputable Plumbing businesses in the region. With our customers ongoing support, the now O’Brien Plumbing East Brisbane has grown to a team of highly qualified Plumbers, apprentices and support staff. O’Brien Plumbing East Brisbane sets the highest standards of quality for our technicians, allowing us to deliver expert solutions to our customers.
