What are we doing to help protect our employees and customers against COVID-19?

We have implemented a COVID-19 Service Delivery Plan to ensure our technicians carry out their trade in a safe and hygienic manner that are in line with government guidelines.

Our team has been supplied with all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which includes masks, gloves, sanitizer, and disinfectant spray. We will also ensure we keep our 1.5 metre distance from others where possible to keep you and our staff safe.

Our booking policy will require all customers to disclose if they have been feeling unwell or have presented any flu like symptoms prior to booking in their job. This includes if they have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for Coronavirus or been tested for COVID19 and are awaiting the results.

Our team members will not attend work if they are feeling unwell or experiencing any flu like symptoms and will require a negative COVID test result before returning. Thankfully none of our members have tested positive for COVID-19.

By practicing our safety techniques, we consider it important that we play our part in keeping the community safe.
