At the end of June, our team flew up to Port Douglas to attend the 2022 Advantage Conference, with the O'Brien Business Awards occurring on the final night. The night was a success, particularly for our team who walked away with five finalist nominations and three awards! There are over 140 members within the O'Brien Group across Australia and New Zealand, making this an extremely momentous occasion for us.
Our Awards
The awards we proudly accepted included the 2022 Business of the Year Award for inspiring our peers, having a sound knowledge and approach to our systems, and for being great overall advocates for our network. We were also presented with the Outstanding Growth Award for both the dollar amounts and percentage increases in our Revenue and Gross Profit improvements over the past year. Finally, the Marketing Excellence Award was presented to us for proactively planning for, developing, and initiating marketing campaigns consistently.
We are also very proud to announce that we were a Finalist for the Innovation in Business Award which recognises the steps we have taken to successfully implement initiatives that demonstrate leadership and commitment to business, product, or service innovation. Our very own Steve McGuinness was also a Finalist for the Office Employee of the Year 2022.
