About the Service and Maintenance Team Leader Role: As the Service and Maintenance Team Leader, you will split your time between fieldwork and office responsibilities. This unique role offers the opportunity to use your plumbing expertise while also overseeing and coordinating service and maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on plumbing work, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Manage and supervise the service and maintenance team.
- Schedule and coordinate daily work assignments.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Provide training and support to apprentices and junior staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address their service needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
About the Service and Maintenance Plumber: As a Service and Maintenance Plumber, you will focus on hands-on fieldwork. This role allows you to apply your plumbing skills to various service and maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a licensed plumber.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid plumbing license and driver’s license.
- Competence in using relevant tools and technology.
