I recently used O'Brien Plumbing for a number of jobs at my home, including replacing two basin taps, the laundry tap, shower tap tops, an external hose tap, two WC flex hoses and the stop tap.
The experience was excellent from the very first phone call. The gentleman I spoke with when arranging the job was polite, professional and helpful, and the lady I spoke with today was equally pleasant and professional. It was a great start to what turned out to be an excellent experience from beginning to end.
Aaron then attended to carry out the work, and I couldn't have been happier. He was friendly, pleasant and extremely professional, worked quickly and efficiently, explained everything clearly, and the workmanship was simply superb — absolutely top drawer.
What really stood out was Aaron's attitude. He is an absolute salt of the earth type of person — genuinely friendly, respectful and clearly someone who takes pride in doing things properly. He went above and beyond and made the whole experience completely hassle free. He also left everything clean and tidy once the work was finished.
The pricing was fair, the communication was excellent and the quality of the work was first-class.
