Early last night, as I was watering the garden, the tap handle flew off ( obviously into space since we couldn't find it!). Water was gushing at high volume. The person who took our emergency call was pleasant, efficient and good humoured, and Justin, the plumber who attended, sorted the problem quickly, also in a pleasant, and courteous way. We now have a new tap.

Jack was professional, punctual, and easy to deal with. He explained the issue clearly, fixed it quickly, and the work was done to a high standard. I’d happily recommend him to anyone needing a reliable plumber..

I have used Matt and his team for two jobs now, plumbed in water for a new fridge and a dripping vanity tap. On both occasions, Aaron performed a stellar job, explained the process and left the areas clean. Matt was extremely responsive and I would have no hesitation in recommending his team.

O'Brien Plumbing were able to attend the same day when a pipe burst in the bathroom. One of my children is immunocompromised therefore the prompt service was appreciated. Our plumber was punctual, efficient and left the repaired bathroom sink spotless.

Paid a call out to be told it's not a plumbing issues, it's electrical, and they left. Called around for a sparky, they came, the electrical components of the hot water system were fried out and poorly installed. O'Brien installed this hot water unit within the last 2 years, including the electrical components.

You will never get any business from me for any properties ever again.
