Had a hot water system replaced by the guys from O’Brien plumbing. Absolutely fantastic service, explained everything thoroughly ahead of the installation. They were very punctual, they cleaned the site up after finishing. A pleasure to deal with, I would highly recommend using their company.

Contacted Daniel from Obrien plumbing on a Saturday with a sewer blockage problem. Weekend call out fees explained clearly so no surprises but after speaking to Mark decided to wait it out til Monday due to the work involved. Mark attended Monday & communication with him re work required & cost was excellent. Job was difficult due to access but Mark persisted & a good outcome (as good as possible) was reached, & how to proceed from there explained well. Getting tradies to attend problems at home is never a good thing & the costs involved are never good, but having initial contact with Daniel & have a tradie as good as Mark show up eased to pain considerably.Prompt and friendly service from office staff and guys on site ✔️

Excellent experience. Rapid response, pointed out that most of the repair was covered by a warranty, ordered the necessary part and completed the work within two days. An alternative plumbing service told us the entire unit had to be replaced. Thank you O'Brien's!
