Depending on the size of the chip or its location, we may not be able to offer a chip repair. Your O'Brien® technician will inspect the chip, taking several factors into account and determine if it can be repaired according to our specific requirements.
After the chip repair is completed we clean and polish the windscreen to leave a smooth finish, but it will not be invisible. Rest assured that we double-check the damaged area to ensure that it is completely filled.

Richard Fernandez started with O'Brien® as a new apprentice two years ago and now works out of the Morley service centre.

Richard says the best part about his job is seeing customers happy at the end.

“I just love making people’s days, helping people out and being happy with the finished product.”

Richard has lived in Perth his whole life and currently lives in Ellenbrook.

“Ellenbrook is only 30 minutes from the town but is nice and quiet and has everything you need.”

Richard rates the local wineries for their food as well as their wine and likes checking out new places to eat with his family.

“There are lots of wineries around Ellenbrook and there is always somewhere nice to go for a feed.”

Richard has two children; 8 years and 10 months, so admits to spending a fair bit of spare time at parks and play centres. A self-confessed gamer, Richard also makes time for some gaming of his own outside of work.
