At the beginning of May, we attended the 2023 Advantage Conference in Perth with the O'Brien Business Awards occurring on the final night. The night was a success, particularly for our team who walked away with four finalist nominations, and one award! There are over 100 members within the O'Brien Group across Australia and New Zealand, making this an extremely momentous occasion for us.
Our Awards
We proudly accepted the award for Networking Excellence 2023.
The Networking Excellence Award is given to a member whose actions not only generate business opportunities for themselves but for other Members as well. They share knowledge and resources and are always willing to support fellow Members. They understand the power of synergy and leverage the Group and the Brand for mutual gain.
We are also immensely proud to announce that we were a Finalist in the following categories:
Excellence in Software and Systems: This category recognises those Members that have truly embraced systems, processes and software in their business and are reaping the rewards from their implementation.
Marketing Excellence: The Marketing Excellence Award is given to a member who show a clear understanding of how marketing and advertising can impact their businesses. They have a marketing strategy that provides results and complements the Group’s national marketing and advertising initiatives.
Innovation in Business: This awards category recognises Member businesses that have successfully implemented initiatives that demonstrate leadership and commitment to business, product, or service innovation.
Our wonderful Office Manager, Rachel was also a Finalist for the Office Employee of the Year 2023.
This award category is designed to recognise and reward individual employee that work in Member businesses that are doing outstanding things to contribute to the success of the business.
