Role Overview: As the Construction Plumbing Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing our construction plumbing team. Your role will involve overseeing plumbing installations on construction sites, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You will also play a key role in coordinating daily operations, mentoring team members, and liaising with other departments to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of plumbers on construction sites
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of plumbing installation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to safety protocols
- Troubleshoot and resolve any plumbing issues that arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction plumbing, with a strong understanding of civil plumbing systems
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
- Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications
