All of our visiting plumbers will be following strict social distancing rules in the event of coming to your home. We are paying close attention to all of the new information and changes that are happening on an almost daily basis, so whether the recommended distances are 1 metre, 1.5 metres, or 2 metres, you can be assured that we won’t be breaching on of these rules when moving around your home. We ask that you and your family to keep as much distance from our technicians as possible.
Hygiene
We are working with elevated levels of personal hygiene at the moment, both in terms of things like hand washing, and also in terms of frequent disinfecting and washing of the equipment that we use. All plumbers will be using products to clean their hands and tools before entering into a new home, to ensure that there is no risk of potential cross continuation from call out to call out. We will also clean up thoroughly before we leave, but we advise you to wipe down any surfaces we may have touched.
