Hired to resolve a significantly low-pressure issue with our hot water at the end of March. The plumber came in, recognised the level of the problem straight away, and then proceeded to quote for almost $1000 to fix. It became usable for approximately 1 month before the problem returned. Called them back to resolve, and they attempted to charge $750 to do "the next stage" with an updated quote saying "no guarantees to fix it," which included almost $400 to fix an issue with the street water main (which I subsequently read was the council's responsibility). At this point, I asked them to email the quote to me (strangely enough, they didn't) and then subsequently said they would report the main issue to the council to get them to resolve it, and I would hear back from them, which I didn't. Both plumbers who attended were actively in communication with "the boss".
Attached is a photo of the current water level that they can't fix.
Update : 3 days later, no call from the team or Brad. The reviews are good for simple issues but it appears complex issues maybe a problem.
