I recently used O'Brien Plumbing and Roofing Wyong to upgrade my old gas storage hot water system to a continuous flow system. The team were prompt and professional, and the installation was completed quickly. I’m very happy with the quality of the work.

I experienced a minor issue following installation which, although not part of the work carried out, was quickly resolved once the team were made aware. This prompt response is indicative of why they receive so many positive reviews. I’m very satisfied with the overall service.

I can’t comment on pricing as I didn’t obtain multiple quotes, having chosen them based on their strong reviews.

O'Brien's Plumbing Wyong were able to rectify a problem created by a terrible repair job done recently by another plumber who tried to take a short cut, didn't do the job properly and made the issue worse. Corey did a great job fixing the problem and that worry has now gone. Communication was great and the staff were so friendly and easy to talk to and will try to work through any issues or answer any questions.
