O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Coopers Plains

We had a free standing gas stove and electric oven installed by O’Brien. They were prompt to fit the booking in, on time to complete the install and transparent about the cost. Eric and Jeff were excellent and nothing was too difficult. They carried our new oven upstairs and removed our old one. We are very impressed with this company and their service and will use them in the future.

The team from O'Brien Electrical and Plumbing Coopers Plains were fantastic! Our sink at the office became blocked late on a Friday afternoon. I emailed them around 3pm and received an instant reply saying they could be in the office on Monday or over the weekend if we were happy with a call out fee. I confirmed Monday would be best and they were here by 11am and the sink was fixed within about 20 minutes. The guys were professional, self-sufficient and got the job done quickly without overselling or overcomplicating the matter. 10/10 would recommend!

I don't recommend dealing with this business. I bought a fan and the installation service from Bunnings. The technician showed up, proceeded to remove a functional fan to replace it with a new one, after removing the fan and cutting the wires off he said that to fit the new fan he'll need to partially remove the house roof,and left.
Next day I received a quote for six times the price I've paid to Bunnings for the installation, of course I declined the quote.
Later,I received an invoice from this business for " investigation for a potential fan installation ". I've never requested them, or Bunnings for such a thing, what I've requested was a fan installation, which didn't happened,and still got an invoice from this business. I'm not a happy customer.

Tradesman was to be at our house between noon and three.
Arrived at 5.15pm. Had the wrong number to call, that he was running late. Job took 15 minutes. Valve including GST, about $150.00. A/C for $250.00. A bit steep maybe. Also forget the after hour work. I rang at least seven time to speak to someone on the Saturday. No answer.

Thank you very much for the excellent work conducted at our property. Will definitely be using your services again in the future.
