Adele is the Glazing Branch Manager at Dandenong, and has been at O'Brien® for 10 months (well most recently!)

She started her career 30 plus years ago as a windscreen technician at O'Brien®, and always knew she wanted to work in a hands on role and built her career from there.
Adele stayed in the Auto industry rising to General Manager of a smaller firm before leaving for another challenge. “I was an Operations Manager in my new role but found my skills weren’t being utilised.
I saw a position advertised as Melbourne Glazing Manager with O'Brien® and thought wouldn’t it be great if I were to bookend my career?!”

And so Adele came back to O'Brien® and is now happily managing a branch and much more in Melbourne.

Adele loves the challenge of being able to bring a group or team together, and finds it rewarding and privileged to be part of that success. ‘Each day brings something new, I like that.’

She is an inspiring manager and leader at O'Brien®, with her passion to help customers and support her staff.
