During periods of heightened awareness, we’d like to thank our customers for their patience as we work through the ever-changing situations.

Our staff are acting in accordance with state public health orders, and are testing and self-isolating as required which could lead to the temporary closure of a branch, last-minute rescheduling of bookings or longer wait times to secure a booking with O’Brien®. In the event this happens, O’Brien® will be in contact with our customers to discuss alternative arrangements.

– Supporting our team to self-isolate in accordance with government regulations.

Where possible, all staff and customers are encouraged to practice physical distancing whether in the branch or via our mobile service.

Contactless Payment

We’re offering contactless in-branch and mobile payments and services to help limit physical contact between our technicians and customers.

Additional Hygiene

Frequent hand washing, sanitising, and our team members may also choose to wear a face mask and/or disposable gloves*.

Additional Cleaning

Frequent wiping down of tools, cleaning surfaces, and our team members may disinfect multiple touchpoints*.

Essential Work & Hotspots

If your booking is non-essential it may be delayed*. Our staff may also ask a series of health-related questions to help manage bookings in COVID hotspot areas.

We also ask that if you develop COVID symptoms or are required to isolate due to COVID at the time of your scheduled booking, please contact us immediately so that we can help assist in rescheduling your appointment.
