With a Building & Pest due the following day and a suddenly smashed garage window, we spoke (begged :)) with Bree at O'Brien glass, who arranged a local contractor to come out the same day. We have been absolutely blown away by Bree's kindness, sympathy, lovely manner and efficiency. The window was replaced the same day by Zane from Image Glass and Aluminium - so efficient, tidy and courteous. All round, this was a disaster that turned into an example of human kindness and perfect customer service. Thank you so much.
