Windscreen Repair and Replacement Services

I fixed a Car Camera to the windscreen of my 6 month old car in the wrong place as it picked up the sensor box corner on the screen. Not wanting to damage the adapter trying to remove it I called in to a O'Brien Workshop. No problem said the Book-in guy and sent out a fitter to fix it in the parking bay. A VERY helpful cheery young fitter had it done and then refixed in in a much better position. Cost:- ZERO and and enjoy the rest of your day Chery car, done at Cranbourne West

(May 30th, 2026) I had the dubious misfortune of knocking my rear-view mirror off the windscreen whilst cleaning it. I couldn't get it back on as I didn't have the adhesive required o do it. I took it to O'Brien's in Epping after trying several places closer to home without success, having been given all sorts of excuses as to why they couldn't do it and to maybe come back on Monday. It was Saturday morning and I was heading out for a five hour road trip and there was no way I was doing that with my mirror hanging down near my dash. I went into O'Brien's Epping and the guys couldn't have been more helpful. They took a look and said they could help me which was great. The job took about ten minutes to do followed by another twenty minutes for the glue to cure before I could take the car out. Thirty minutes all up after thinking that I might have to cancel my road trip. Thanks a lot guys, well done and much appreciated! 👍👍

Brilliant job done by Chris virtually eliminating any sign of the star chip on my windscreen. Came on time as appointed, extremely friendly and courteous, explained the process and proceeded to do a great job efficiently and professionally

Fantastic experience with the team at O'Brien's Bayswater replacing the windscreen in our ’56 Chev through insurance. The team was professional, knowledgeable and clearly understood classic vehicles.

They removed and refitted all the trims without leaving a single mark, which was something we were very nervous about. The care and attention to detail throughout the whole job was outstanding and the finished result looks great.

From start to finish the process was smooth and easy. My call was answered by the lovely Josie who answered all my questions, explained everything to me in a polite and friendly manner and helped me book a convenient time to get my chip repaired from my house as this was convenient for me. Excellent phone manner and fantastic service from Josie on the phone. Unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the technician attended the repair, he was also fantastic. Polite and professional and repaired the chip quickly. Would defitnely recommend oBrien and will return again if need be. Super easy process from start to finish with impeccable service both on the phone and in person. Very happy with the chip repair.
